Hot Stone Massage

Smooth, flat rocks will be heated up and placed directly on your back. The rocks will stay on your back for about 10 minutes or so. After 10 minutes the rocks will be removed. Your back will then be massage will some kind of massage oil. Because of the heat your muscles are relaxed easily.Hot stone massages benefit you in many ways such as getting rid of back pains, improving circulation, relieving stress,anxiety and tension. Hot stone massages can also help with Insomnia and depression.

Thai massage is usually performed on the floor. The person getting the massage will wear loose, comfortable clothes. Oils or lotions are not used for Thai massage. Thai massage is used for medical and non-medical healing. After any massage your body releases toxins into your body. After a Thai massage you would usually given some traditional tea.
